Returns and Account Cancellation

MedTrax offers the ability to change between plans at any time, including upgrading and downgrading service tiers. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service and wish to cancel, we offer a refund on any fully unused months of service you have paid for. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method with 7 days of cancellation.

Data Holding and Transfer

MedTrax offers the ability to “park” your data with us. This is a great option for pharmacies that have closed, but still need to maintain their data for 6 years following closure. Our parking option includes the ability to access data already stored but does not include any additional data transfers. Contact Customer Support for more information and to set up a parked account.

Recall Alerts

MedTrax has partnered with industry leader, NRAC (National Recall Altert Center) to bring customized recall notices to you. Our system will use your serialized data to check against issued recall alerts so you can be contacted when a recall applies to a product your pharmacy has handled. This process saves time and money for your pharmacy.
NRAC has been trusted by over 80% of hospitals since 1973 and backs their service with a $5 million insurance policy. Please contact us if you have a different recall alert service subscription and would like to discuss linking notifications through MedTrax.

Outdated Medication Processing

MedTrax has partnered with Outdate Rx for the processing of expired medications. Outdate Rx offers an innovative service offering that includes the unique commitment to never process your medications with those of another pharmacy resulting in more accurate returns and more returnable medications.
Returns that are processed through our portal are subject to Outdate Rx terms and conditions. Credits may be issued from Outdate Rx, directly from the manufacturer, through wholesaler credit, or from MedTrax. For more information about specific products or questions, please contact us.

RCRA and SDS

MedTrax offers an option to access both SDS (safety data sheets) and RCRA disposal assistance. Both services are available to you through our portal and are subject to the providers’ terms and conditions.
Hazardous waste (RCRA) disposal allows you to create an inventory of the medications you need disposed of and contacts a local hazardous waste disposal company to schedule a pickup.

Account Integrations

MedTrax offers the ability to integrate our software with pharmacy management platforms for an even more streamlined experience. While each software platform has specific requirements, contact us and we will work to get those connected for you.
