Web training session with our MedTrax team. Our staff will go over account setup, implementation, day to day use and system features and ensure you feel comfortable with all aspects of the DSCSA.

  • Our customer support team, based in Southern California, will work with you to ensure your account is setup and properly deployed.

  • Your account has unlimited storage so you never have to worry about running out of space. All your files will be securely stored, with layers of security and multiple backups, so you can access them when you need them.

  • We will establish secure, electronic connections with your trading partners so you can automatically receive data files. This critical step for compliance also saves you time.

  • Electronically fill and send your FDA Form 3911's to notify the FDA of suspect shipments. Our system will continue to notify the FDA every two weeks, according to DSCSA standards, until the case is resolved.

  • The EPCIS data format is at the heart of the DSCSA. This format allows us to do some incredible things- like scanning in your entire order at once. We will process all your files in EPCIS format to make your job easier.

  • Search for your files using any identifier. This valuable tool allows you to see your data in ways you care about.

Registration FAQs

  • Payment is accepted in a variety of forms. All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Unionpay, paypal, GPay, Amazon Pay and we can even invoice you so you can pay via check.

  • If you require a check payment, please submit a request for a quote at checkout. The quote option shows at both the bottom of the shopping cart and at checkout. We will then issue an electronic invoice with instructions on electronic and paper check payment options.

  • After registration you will receive an email with a temporary password. Once you are logged in, you will be prompted to begin connecting your trading partners.
    MedTrax team will establish a secure unique connection with each partner and begin receiving and storing your data files.
    If you registered for training, our team will reach out to you shortly to get that scheduled.
    If you purchased our DSCSA SOP, it will be delivered to you via email.

  • Our recall alert system is powered by the National Recall Alert Center's (NRAC) industry leading database.
    We receive an electronic feed from NRAC and our system compares all affected lots to your electronic inventory. If a match is identified, you receive a notice to address the recall.

  • All pharmacies must have an SOP in place for addressing the DSCSA. While you can write your own, our team has scoured the DSCSA to condense it down into the most important things you must do (and the things you should do) and included them in this document.
    As with all standardized documents, review is advised and customization may be necessary.

  • This virtual training session with our MedTrax team will go over account setup, implementation, day to day use and system features and ensure you feel comfortable with all aspects of the DSCSA.
    There will be time for question and answer after the presentation about MedTrax system.

  • Every person who will verify or access data in the MedTrax system will need their own account. DSCSA provisions require all data verifications and data access to be logged with the time and user's identity.
