  • Electronically fill and send your FDA Form 3911's to notify the FDA of suspect shipments. Our system will continue to notify the FDA every two weeks, according to DSCSA standards, until the case is resolved.

  • The EPCIS data format is at the heart of the DSCSA. This format allows us to do some incredible things- like scanning in your entire order at once. We will process all your files in EPCIS format to make your job easier.

  • Each order you place will receive a document in the EPCIS data format. These files range in size from just a few bytes to up to nearly a megabyte depending on the size of the purchase order.

    25GB gives you over 11MB per day- more than enough for almost every pharmacy.

    And don’t worry, if your pharmacy gets close to the data limit, you can switch over to the unlimited plan at anytime!

  • For security and compliance, you’ll want to ensure everyone who receives medications is set up as a registered user.

    Don’t worry about getting everyone registered now, you can always add users later with our customer service team.

  • Now is the best time to register! The FDA requires all pharmacies to show progress towards compliance between now and November 2025 when the penalties go into effect.
